Distinctive character cottage built in the mid 1800s Christmas Cottage is ideally situated for a relaxing break in elegant Lytham. The Green, the beach, Lowther Gardens and Witch Wood are all within easy walking distance as are the shops and many excellent restaurants. Four championship golf courses are within close proximity. Visitors can also enjoy the many attractions in neighbouring St Annes and Blackpool or take a day trip along the coast with Southport, Lancaster, Silverdale and the Lakes only an hour's drive away.

Christmas Cottage is located on Warton Street just beyond Lytham's popular centre on Clifton Street. It is 5 minutes' walk to the lovely shops and cafes and a similar distance to Lytham Windmill. The cottage has been awarded a 4 star grading by VisitBritain and our guests have given us wonderful feedback with many repeat bookings already in our first year. We aim to provide a warm, personal welcome with high standards of service and cleanliness.

Rooms Description

The cottage was built in around 1840 and has been fully refurbished to provide quite spacious accommodation downstairs. There is a ground-floor dining-kitchen, lounge and small study with games,books,videos and DVDs. There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs a double bedroom with small en-suite shower room and a twin room with adjacent bathroom. The rooms are stylishly furnished with some period furniture,antiques and paintings. The kitchen is very well-equipped and includes a washing-machine and microwave. Guests can park directly outside the cottage and can enjoy sitting in the south-facing patio garden at the rear of the property. Prices are inclusive of all heating, bed linen and good quality towels A welcome pack including milk, tea, coffee wine and fresh flowers is provided. Friday to Friday bookings. Short breaks are available between November and April.
