Situated on the sunny side of Dean Street - Waverley House Apartments offer good quality, clean home from home apartments for couples and or a family of up to 6. We do not accept bookings from hens/stags nor do we accept any pets The flats are all fully self contained and equipped with everything required to make your holiday a pleasurable experience. If there is anything extra you need - Roy and Diane are resident so are on hand to help. Our ground floor bar is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day, or to meet other people and exchange information on where to go and what to see - and get the best deals on how to save money..July and August all our apartments are available for full weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday....prices same for the last 3 years make this extremely good value for money as well as the many special offers available throughout the season.

Waverley House apartments accommodate families and couples only and include parking at the rear---all rooms are fully self contained with WiFi and flatscreen TVs. Ground floor Flat 3 is a double ensuite room with TV, kettle, microwave, fridge and toaster- please note this room does not have cooking facilities... Can be combined with flat 4 to make a flat for up to 6 people - ideal for Grandma and Grandad. Ground floor flat 4 sleeps 4 people and consists of a lounge with leather suite, 32" TV, wall bed, leading into a separate galley style fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower. 1st floor flat 5 for 4 people has a large kitchen-lounge with leather suite, TV,dining table/ chairs -separate bedroom with bunkbeds, bathroom with shower.

1st floor flat 6 sleeps 2 people, a spacious studio fully self contained with 32" TV, open plan kitchen/ lounge area - leather suite and bathroom with shower. 1st floor flat 7 for 4 people - open plan kitchen/lounge with leather suite, 42" TV, table/chairs - double bed - separate bedroom with twin beds - bathroom with shower. 2nd floor flat 8 for 5/6 people consists of small fully equipped kitchen - lounge with red leather suite, 32" TV, wall bed, and 2 further bedrooms -1 is a double-1 is bunk-beds -separate bathroom with shower - fully self contained. 2nd floor flat 9 for 2 people is a large studio flatlet consisting of open plan kitchen/ lounge with double bed, separate shower room and separate bathroom within the studio. 2nd floor flat 10 for 4-5 people - open plan kitchen/ lounge with double bed-leather suite, 32" TV, dining table/ chairs, separate bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower 3rd floor- massive penthouse apartment with fantastic views -sleeps 6- has 2 bedrooms-1 is a double -the other is a family room with double bed and bunk beds-has a fully equipped fitted dining kitchen, shower room separate to bathroom, and lounge with brown leather corner suite and flatscreen TV.

All our apartments are fully self contained - all you need to bring are your own personal towels and tea -towels- we provide a starter welcome pack-dish cloth, scourer, bin liners and toilet roll and tea/ coffee/ milk/ sugar so you can have a drink on arrival , or if you prefer- an ice cold pint in the bar at reasonable prices.
