Phillips Apartments are situated in one of the nicest and most convenient parts of Blackpool, within minutes of the Promenade, Pleasure Beach, South Pier, Sandcastle Leisure Centre and the busy South Shore shops and markets. The apartments are very popular with couples and families, but unfortunately we do not take stag or hen parties or pets

All apartments are fully equipped and self contained, all continental bedding and sheets are provided, even FREEVIEW. Guests need only bring their personal towels & tea towels. The Phillips Apartments have much to offer to our visitors and coupled with our well deserved reputation for being a warm and friendly holiday home, means that your stay will be both pleasurable & memorable. The apartments are under the personal supervision of the proprietors - Roy & Diane Colbeck.

Flat 2 - Rear - 6 Persons - Consists of fully-fitted kitchen, lounge which sleeps 2. Separate bathroom. Large basement bedroom with fitted wardrobes, double bed and bunk-beds. First Floor Flat 3 - Rear - 4 Persons - Open plan kitchen/lounge with colour TV. Separate bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. Bathroom with shower. Flat 4 - 2 Persons - Self contained double for 2 persons. En-suite toilet and shower. Flat 5 - Front - 4 Persons - Open plan kitchen/lounge with colour TV. Separate bedroom with double bed and bunk beds, en-suite bathroom. Second Floor Flat 6 - 6 Persons - Open plan kitchen with lounge which sleeps 2. Bedroom with double and bunk beds. Separate bathroom.

Specialities

ALL flats are fully self contained and have the benefit of FREEVIEW. Plus each apartment has its own car space. All shops,markets, pubs ,clubs, launderette and amusements are within walking distance. The flats are also on the bus route or you can catch a tram at the end of the street. Couples are also given the opportunity for evening entertainment at the Viking Hotel's TALK OF THE COAST-Included in the price.
