Julie, Mick and son Peter have spent the past 20 years working in restaurants and pubs for large companies in the South where customer service is important and standards are very high.
The comfortable and cosy bar is the ideal place to meet and listen to music. A range of beers, spirits, wine and soft drinks are available. Bar snacks are available from 12 noon until 10 pm. Although all of our bedrooms have TVs, we have a lounge where you can watch TV or just relax before retiring to bed. On sunny days guests are welcome to enjoy a drink or bar snack on our patio. Kimberley House boasts a very pretty dining room with a relaxed atmosphere, ideal to enjoy our home cooking with a choice of breakfast and evening meal menu's daily.
Our bedrooms are newly en-suited to a high standard and for your comfort Freeview TV's and Hairdriers are provided in every bedroom. Towels, shampoo & shower gel are also provided as well as a hospitality tray with tea and coffee being supplied daily. We have two family rooms, a ground floor bedroom as well as double & twin rooms.

If coming from the M55 continue all the way along, crossing the roundabout at the end onto Yeadon Way. Once on Yeadon Way continue along, taking a right at the second roundabout. Take a left at the following roundabout and take a left at the lights. You will turn onto Waterloo Road, cross the bridge and take a right at the lights onto Lytham Road. Once on Lytham Road, take the 7th left onto St Chads Road.
