Jurby is situated in the North of the Island approximately 6 miles from the nearest town of Ramsey. Douglas, the island's capital, is just 30 minutes drive away over the scenic Mountain Road. For those holidaying without a car, the bus passes the house hourly during the day. For those bringing a car there is substantial parking available. Eating out is easy with the adjoining villages of Andreas and Sulby having 3 country inns between them, all offering good quality, affordable meals. Alternatively you could visit Ramsey which has many eating houses including Indian, Chinese, Bistro's and Tapas to mention a few. There is something to suit whatever your taste.
