We are Julie & Steve Wardle and we have many years experience in the hotel trade. We are members of Blackpool Hotel & Guest House Association and have Quality Plus and Welcome to Excellence Awards We have 13 bedrooms all en-suite equipped with all the facilities to make your stay comfortable. Our bar lounge is a comfortable area to relax or have a drink from our well stocked bar. Our dining room is spacious and comfortable, all rooms have seperate tables. We have a car park for 8 cars. Our hotel is clean and well maintained our rooms are serviced daily for your comfort.

Close to a variety of shops bars cafes and restaurants. Approximatley 50 yards to the Promenade. Take a chance at the Grosevenor Casino with slot machines, roulette and cards, Please make sure you have photo id for admission if your not a member. Next to the Casino is the sandcastle Water World recenlty refurbished to include the worlds longest indoor rollercoaster wateride. For all the fun of the fair the Pleasure Beach is a short walk with the famous pepsi max big one rollercoaster and rides to suit all the family. The South Pier is convieniently located with shops, a family bar with entertainment and adrenalin rides. Take a walk or a short bus or tram ride (tram and bus stops on the promenade) to the Sea life centre, Louis Toussauds waxworks, blackpool tower and circus, Blackpool town centre. The Trams can take you to Bispham, Cleveleys and Fleetwood for even more shopping.
