Waterloo Warehouse is a stunning duplex apartment conversion in the heart of the city of Liverpool. Waterloo Warehouse was built in 1867 by George Fosbery Lyster, the engineer behind the Liverpool Docks. Originally a corn warehouse, the building was converted to apartments in 1995. This listed building retains many original features in line with conservation principles and the grand hallways and unique apartments offer the epitome of urban luxury. Our self catering apartment boasts two large double bedrooms, one en-suite, which offer flexible accommodation; extra beds can be added for families or groups. Within walking distance to the famous Albert Dock.

The apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen, two huge double bedrooms two Bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area offering splendid views of the river and dockland. The apartment provides accommodation for up to a maximum of four (an extra bed can be made for a child) and is totally secured with continual camera surveillance.

Waterloo Warehouse employs a management company who staff the complex 24 hours per day 365 days per year. There is secure on-site parking and lift access to the property. We are family friendly and can provide extra beds upon request. No pets are allowed and there is a no smoking policy in effect. Long term lets, short breaks and corporate bookings are welcome. The changeover day is flexible.
