This beautiful Victorian home is pleasantly situated in a quiet part of Hoylake yet is within easy walking distance of the local shops, bars and restaurants. Hoylake is located on the Wirral Peninsula, between the River Mersey and the River Dee and the cities of Liverpool and Chester are within easy reach by train. There are an abundance of outdoor activities available within easy reach including sand yachting, sailing and wind surfing, bird watching, rambling and cycling.

The Wirral coastline is part of England's 'golf coast' which hosts arguably the finest stretch of championship golf in the world, and Hoylake is an ideal base to stay and enjoy these challenging courses. North Wales, which is only 40 minutes' drive away, hosts excellent courses such as Conway, Aberdovey and Harlech. England's 'golf coast' is truly too good to miss! As we are members of the Royal Liverpool Golf Club, we are in a position to advise you on your golfing preferences, such as local golf courses, tee times and local restaurants. The Wirral has fourteen golf courses all within a radius of twelve miles.
