The apartment has been carefully renovated to provide comfortable and modern accommodation with character in the form of exposed beams, sloped ceilings, sash windows etc.

The apartment is superbly situated just a few minutes stroll from the cross marking the centre of the city in one direction and the famous racecourse in the other. Directly outside the front door lies cobbled Watergate Street which is lined with antique shops, restaurants and cafes. The property lies down a private passageway making it incredibly peaceful despite it's central location.

The well equipped kitchen contains a washer dryer, cooker, microwave, cooker and fridge and opens out onto a good sized lounge with double sofa bed and dining table area. In addition to this there is one double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
