Heathcliff Cottage was originally built in the early nineteenth century and has been recently renovated to provide comfortable self catering accommodation on the border between Lancashire and Yorkshire. The village of Laneshawbridge is surrounded by hills and woods and lies on the edge of the beautiful Haworth Moors and Wycoller Country Park. Other attraction lying within easy reach are the attractve market town of Skipton on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and Haworth, the home of the Bronte sisiters. The cottage itself is situated on a quiet lane and has ample parking facilities and open views all around.
The cottage kitchen is well equipped though visitors may prefer to sample the delights of one of the many local pubs and restaurants offering good food. The lounge has a burgundy leather suite, panelled beams and a cosy inglenook fireplace in addition to a colour television and video, should you choose to stay in. At the rear of the property is a large conservatory, comfortably furnished with a wicker suite and matching coffee tables. This opens onto a pleasant garden area and is surrounded by open country.
