Welcome to Kings Guest House, a newly refurbished and elegant property in Douglas with spectacular sea views. Well presented throughout, the Guest House offers spacious holiday accommodation overlooking Douglas Bay set in it's own private gardens. We welcome families to the guest house and are situated in a superb location in Douglas close to amenities. Guests are welcome to relax in the comfortable lounge, have breakfast in the lovely gardens or in one of our two dining rooms, one with a lovely sea view.

We offer 12 spacious, ensuite bedrooms all with either superb sea or garden views. Our rate is £70 per room, per night and we are happy to offer a single occupancy rate of £50 per room, per night. Special rates apply during the annual TT event. Our rooms are well appointed and furnished, many with lovely bay windows allowing you to make the most of the beautiful views. One of our double rooms has patio doors leading straight into the pretty garden and we have two family rooms available. Parking is available at the hotel.

Tea and Coffee room operates throughout the day with light lunches available. There is also an excellent pub closeby serving delicious food. Unfortunately, we do accept pets at our property.
