The Adelphi Holiday Flats are located on the south/central promenade next door to the Belmont Hotel owned by the same family. The apartments occupy a prime seafront location halfway between the South Pier and Central Pier, close to cafes, restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, bingo, bistros, the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, casinos, Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. The Pleasure Beach and The Tower and the town are aprox 10 -15 minutes walk along the Promenade.

All flats are well equipped and comfortable. Each is complete with gas cooker, fridge, colour telelvision, contstant hot water, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Gas for cooking and hot water is free and electricity is supplied via rate meters. We have several front seaview holiday flats and all flats have side sea views.
