Kerrowkeil Bed & Breakfast is set in the heart of the Isle of Man and used to be the farmhouse for a large estate. Brought by the present owners in 1980, the house has been sympathetically updated whilst still retaining much period charm. Set in the tranquil countryside just outside St Johns, our location provides convenient access to all parts of the Island, either using public, or your own form of transport. There are many pleasant walks in the area and we are close to the mid point for longer walks such as the millennium way.

Facilities at Kerrowkeil include a pleasantly appointed guest's living room with TV, DVD, library, jigsaws and games. Tea and coffee, biscuits, fruit juices and yogurts are always available. A hearty Manx breakfast made from local produce which can include dry cured bacon, hand made sausages, Manx Kippers, free range eggs, home made bread and tea or freshly ground coffee is provided in our comfortable dining room.

Rooms Description

We have two bedrooms available at Kerrowkeil, a twin bedroom with private bathroom and a super king/ twin room with private Jacuzzi bathroom. Each bedroom has thermostatically controlled central heating and tea/coffee making facilities and each bathroom contains a shower.

Specialities

A minimum booking of 7 nights is required for TT and Grand Prix. As we have an extensive water feature in the garden, we do not accept children under the age of eleven. We have two small dogs who live at the property and have free run of the public areas except when food is being prepared or served. Please advise us if this will be a problem in which case we will endeavour to keep them out of your way. We have a strict no smoking policy throughout the house and gardens. Washing and drying facilities are available with an iron & ironing board also available for guests to use (chargeable).
