This is a beautiful three bedroom detached dormer bungalow, just 10 years old, in the South Shore area of Blackpool, set up for up to 8 people self-catering. The property is perfectly placed for local transport into Blackpool town centre. It is 400 metres from the Promenade and the start of the tram track which takes you to all main attractions and is great for the full tour of the Illuminations in winter. Pleasure Beach Blackpool is a short ride away, Sandcastle indoor water park and South Pier also in the nearby area. The owners have extensive local knowledge and will be happy to provide tips on how to have a great time.
The property is located in a very nice residential neighbourhood, immediately adjacent to Blackpool Airport, but not on the flightpath. The house enjoys the convenience of easy access from the M55 motorway and to the Promenade, which makes it perfect for avoiding the busy summertime and autumn traffic around the town centre! Local facilities include a family pub with restaurant and large Wacky Warehouse for the kids. A Morrison's supermarket is also close by, convenient for all your self-catering needs, whilst there is also a good selection of take aways, including South Shore's best kept secret- some great local restaurants
Rooms Description
It has three large bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. The bedrooms accomodate 7 people and it can accomodate up to a family of 8 using the spacious lounge as a fourth bedroom. Downstairs there is a new fitted kitchen with large dining area (pictured) Adjoining is a large living area, with comfortable sofas and chairs. Also on the ground floor is the large ensuite master bedroom, with a king bed, bath and shower. Upstairs are two further large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with up to three single beds. The bedroom with the single beds is en suite with a large shower room and toilet. All bedrooms have TV with freeview, and DVD players, wireless internet is available free of charge. Outside is a large private Barbecue area. There is a games room attached to the property with a snooker table and darts board and a PC.There is parking for 3 or 4 cars.
