Cobble Cottage is a spacious and well equipped self catering detached holiday cottage superbly located just one and a half miles from Lytham Town Centre. The property enjoys a peaceful location, being situated down a private road and surrounded by the beautiful Fylde countryside. There are a wide range of amenities to be found in nearby Lytham where you will find enticing shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs. For those who enjoy golf, there is a driving range to be found just half a mile and two to three miles from championship golf courses. There are many countryside or coastal walks to be enjoyed from the cottage.
The cottage is spacious, detached, single storey & furnished throughout with pine furniture and stone flagged floors .a delightful place for a relaxing holiday for 2 people. This is the perfect place for exploring the nearby Lake District, Yorkshire Dale and Forest of Bowland whilst the urban centres of Manchester and Liverpool can be reached in around an hour. Alternatively the bright lights of the popular Lancashire resort of Blackpool just a twenty minute drive away. For the comfort of our guests we do not accept smokers or pets. We will welcome you with a tea tray including scones & jam. Home baked bread, Lancashire cheese and free range eggs from our hen coup. The cottage is for 2 people, sorry no smokers or pets, parking on site, private garden .

The property sleeps two people in one twin bedroom. The property comprises of entrance hall, lounge/diner, tv, DVD. Well equipped modern kitchen, washing machine, fridge freezer ,microwave etc. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower & WC, one twin bedroom with French doors overlooking the garden. On site parking, garden with furniture, feather duvets ,covers ,sheets , towels, central heating & electric inc.
