Southport has something for everyone, for the action packed holiday you can visit Splash World, the beaches, Premier Bowling, Silcock's Funlands and Pleasureland - Southport's very own theme park. There are two bathrooms with showers (one of these has a bath as well) and a total of 3 W/C in the house. On the ground floor there is a lounge with colour television and entertainment system, a dining room, utility room with washing machine and a well equipped dining kitchen. Outside there are paved front and rear gardens and parking for 1-2 cars. Nelson Street is an end terraced three storey property close to Lord Street with three bedrooms, 1 double en-suite complete with a washing machine, a twin room and 1 single room with an option to pull out a second single bed. There is a family bathroom, a sitting room, a dining room (for 6 people), a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a conservatory. There is also a paved rear garden and space for off-road parking. Rowan House is a large apartment located on the ground floor of a large detached Victorian property. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds, a bay window and a television, and another with a King size bed and fitted furniture. There is also a sitting room with bay window, large sofa, 2 electronically reclining chairs, television, DVD player and stereo. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a seat, hand basin, bidet and W/C. There is a garden area to the rear of the property and parking space in a large paved forecourt. The rental price on all properties includes gas, electricity, central heating, bedding, hand and shower towels, complimentary toiletries and a hospitality tray.
