Offering full central heating, ground floor disabled access and en suite bedrooms on all floors, we specialise in a warm and friendly service with excellent standards. We are a well established family run guesthouse situated fifty yards from the Promenade, between South Shore, where you will find the Pleasure Beach, and Central, where you will find the world famous Blackpool Tower.

Our modern,tastefully decorated, en suite bedrooms are fully central heated. We have ground floors available for disabled access. Rooms also feature toiletries, tea and coffee, Colour TV, hairdryers and ironing facilities. Cots are available. We are no smoking throughout. We also have a sun lounge with colour TV and a pleasant dining room.

We specialise in warm and friendly service. We offer reduced rates for children and senior citizens. We have limited disabled access in the form of ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor dining room. Parking can be arranged on a first come first served basis. Our Breakfasts are always cooked from seasonal produce. Special diets can be catered for, with prior notice.

From the M55 motorway follow the signs for main car parking on Yeadon Way, Take Waterloo Road exit and at the traffic lights turn left, taking you over a railway bridge. Continue through the next set of lights and turn right on to the Promenade. Wellington Road is 200 yards on the right, Come in and unload your bags and we will advise on parking if none has already been arranged for you.
