Choose from two luxury self-catering apartments and one self-catering house located in an idyllic and peaceful setting, yet just twenty-five minutes drive from Manchester city centre. The properties nestle around the cobbled courtyard of the private estate of Westerhill in Ashton-under-Lyne. In all there are nine black and white timbered houses in this tranquil and quiet location, some dating back to the 17th century. Westerhill is within the Medlock Valley Country Park, and surrounded by fields with many public footpaths. All properties benefit from easy access to the M60 and Manchester Airport.

THE STABLES is a large five bedroom house sleeping up to 14 people. There are two comfortable sitting rooms, each equipped with independent SKY Plus with Sports, CD and DVD players. All bedrooms are also equipped with televisions and there is a stunning farmhouse kitchen with AGA cooker. The accommodation also benefits from two bathrooms and one shower room. THE COACH HOUSE sleeps up to 5 and is a luxurious three bedroom apartment with original 100 year old pitch pine parquet flooring. Again, there is a television in each of the bedrooms and in the sitting room you will find a piano, CD and DVD player, SKY Plus with Sports and a small library. THE LOFT PENTHOUSE is an open plan designer apartment sleeping 3/4 guests with a totally private bathroom. Facilities include TV, CD player and DVD and SKY Plus with Sports. All properties share a very large terrace with ample outdoor seating, barbecue and fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.

Rooms Description

Each property is complete with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge, deep freeze, toaster, food processor, microwave and generous supplies of crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a dishwasher in The Stables and The Coach House Apartment. All properties have central heating, controlled by the guests, to ensure a comfortable stay whatever the time of year. There is a payphone and internet connection available in each property.

Specialities

The weekly rent is fully inclusive of all outgoings for heating etc. All towels and bed linen are provided and changed and laundered on a weekly basis. Pets are welcome. All properties are strictly non smoking throughout.
