The Loelands nestles on the lower slopes of Holcombe Hill and is surrounded by picturesque countryside. The Loelands provides excellent self catering apartments, fully equipt with fitted kitchen and a comfortable dining area. There are pleasant gardens to the rear, however for those wanting to explore the countryside there are many interesting walks and bridleways in the area. If admiring and exploring the countryside isnt everything you want from your stay we are also close to many attractions of the area including the popular tourist attraction East Lancashire Railway in Ramsbottom this is just under a mile away and there are also shops in Ramsbottom. Also located nearby are Tennis Courts & a Golf Club. Built in 2003 the Lowelands have been allocated a three star rating by the Tourist Board, providing Comfortable, Clean & Sofisticated, Modern Open Plan living space.

The Loelands consists of six apartments, two ground floor apartments with 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, also a bedsettee in the Living Room. Altogther these apartment are each capable of sleeping upto six people. The ground floor apartments also have full disabled access including a wet room with a walk in shower. All modern facilities are available including Washer/Dryer, Fridge, kettle, toaster, Colour T.V and DVD. There is four first floor apartments with one bedroom with a double bed and also a bedsette in the open plan living area, maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 guests, but is very comfortable for 2 guests. The Apartment has facilities available such as Bath & overhead shower, Fridge, kettle, toaster, Colour T.V and DVD player. Outside through the lovely french Doors is the South Facing Patio and Garden with furniture provided for relaxing in the sun. There is plenty of parking available and families are welcome, a travel cot can also be provided.
