The Clydemount Guesthouse is a cosy, family run, bed and breakfast just 2 miles from Manchester city centre in the leafy suburb of Debdale Park. We'd like to offer a warm invitation to our clean and comfortable, large Victorian home, whether you are visiting for business or pleasure! Accommodation is situated in the main building and the annexe, just two doors away. All rooms have TV, tea & coffee making facilities, wash basins, free information packs... and we operate a 'fair pricing' policy; we do not raise our prices at times of high demand.

As you would expect from a family run guest house, Clydemount serves a great breakfast! We find that our guests like the choice, so breakfast is optional. Choose from our menu for just £4.00! If you have had a long journey, or expect a hard day ahead, we also provide a range of hot and cold homemade snacks that can be ordered from just after breakfast until eight in the evening. Whilst you are staying with us, if you find yourself in need of a taxi, minibus or restaurant, just ask... we'll be glad to help and recommend.
