A true Lancashire moor land cottage affording excellent views. Ideal for activity holidays such as hang-gliding, wind surfing, close to two golf courses, fishing, and riding or just walking on the miles of moor land. Wardle village has had an interesting write up in Lancashire Life magazine and is a good centre for visiting the Bronte Country, Yorkshire Dales and the West Coast; but the local countryside is well worth exploring and there are many places around about of historical interest. The cottage itself is on a working sheep farm and although recently modernised has the original beams showing and is both warm and comfortable.
