Three beautiful converted cottages are available to guests on our small working farm, which is ideally located midway between the historic city of Lancaster and the market town of Garstang. The cottages were originally a stone barn, and are located within a picturesque lakeside/woodland setting. The cottages are suitable for families of varying sizes and designed to offer our guests the maximum in peace and relaxation. Our farm is a grassland farm on which we graze sheep and beef cattle. We place a strong emphasis on wildlife habitat, and consequently the woods and farmland around the cottages are rich in flora and fauna. We're the perfect venue for walkers, as there are many pleasant and interesting walks can be found on the footpaths around the farm.

All three self-catering cottages are fully equipped with oil-fired central heating, and all boast exposed beams, natural timber and impressive stone fireplaces with wood burning stoves. Each have private cobbled backyards. Garden furniture is provided in the lawned area by the lake, where guests can sit and enjoy the surroundings and wildlife or have bbq's. Unfortunately we do not allow pets and all the cottages are non-smoking.
