We are a working farm and perfect for families with children or for business stopovers. We're surrounded by beautiful countryside yet only 5 miles from junction 32 of the M6. Guests can expect a warm welcome and a hearty farmhouse breakfast as we invite you to share the charm and character of our spacious barn conversion. We're a convenient location for the North West coast and countryside and a great variety of activities are within easy reach. You can explore the cities of Lancaster and Preston with their cultural and historical interests as well as excellent shopping facilities. A choice of outdoor activities is also available nearby including fishing, golf and rambling. Experience the thrills of a day at Blackpool Pleasure Beach or a trip to the Lake District, both of which are a short drive away.

Our family run farmhouse Barn B&B is ideal for people on business, being close to Preston city centre, but with all the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. Guests can expect a traditional, hearty farmhouse breakfast with special diets catered for. Breakfast time can be tailored to suit your needs and an early breakfast can be provided. Secure off-road parking is available and for guests using the adjacent Lancashire Cycle Way there is provision/storage for bicycles. We even have guests arriving on horseback! A wide variety of pubs and restaurants are within 1½ to 3 miles offering an excellent choice of cuisine. Children are most welcome on the farm and guests have access to the rooms at all times.
