Resident proprietors Tricia and Steve and Assistant Manager, daughter Lara are normally on hand to assist guests. Guests can choose from 10 flats, sleeping from 2 to 4 people. All flats are fully equipped and we pride ourselves on their cleanliness. Each has electric cooker, fridge, kettle, sufficient crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linen and colour TVs. Hot water,central heating and electricity are included in the price. Irons and ironing boards and vacuum cleaners are also available to guests. Welcome packs, consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, 1 pint of milk, vinegar, sauces & cooking oil are provided, so that you don't need to visit the shops immeadiately you arrive. Guests do need to bring their own towels and toiletries. Additional items such as cots (need to provide own cot linen), sets of towels and highchair can be hired for small charges. These require advanced booking. Normal arrival time is between 2pm & 6pm, if you wish to arrive outside these times approval must be obtained prior to booking. Flats must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Disabled access is limited due to the structural confines of the building.
