Lynmoore guesthouse is a small and friendly B&B Guest House which offers full English breakfast(see bottom of page for menu) and always extends a warm welcome to guests, from couples and families to conference delegates and contractors. The guesthouse commands a perfect quiet Blackpool spot on a street off Waterloo Road, which is just a 2 minute walk from the promenade where you will find major attractions such as the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Leisure Centre, South Pier and the Grosvenor Casino. We are also ideally placed for Blackpool's famous illuminations. We do not cater for all male/female parties. Royal Birkdale,Southport is to host the Open Championship golf from 17th-20th July 2008-Less than a one hour drive away from Blackpool. 'Bed Only' always considered for those wishing to set off for the golf early in the morning. One night Midweek stays considered.

Rooms Description

ROOM 1 - Ensuite 1st floor Ensuite family room, front facing with bay window. A light airy room with plenty of space for the whole family, optional extra beds and, travel cot available, maximum of 5 people. ROOM 2 - Ensuite 1st floor Ensuite Double room, light and airy; a much loved room by all our regular guests. ROOM 3 - Ensuite 1st floor Ensuite family room, for the smaller family with double and single bed + folding bed if needed. ROOMS 4 & 5 Although these are standard rooms (Not Ensuite) they do have the benefit of privacy, being the only 2 rooms on the top floor. They share a shower/WC and are the only rooms using this facility, as it also is on this floor. Both rooms are Double or Single occupancy only, perfect for families of four where the kids are old enough to want a separate room! Full English Breakfast consists of- Selection of cereals,prunes/grapefruit, Cranberry/Apple Juice.Pure Orange Juice, Selection of tea/ freshly Brewed Coffee.Cooked breakfast consisting of 2 rashers bacon, Sausage, Egg, Mushroom, Hashbrown, Fried Bread, Beans/Tomato and of course no full English would be complete without Black Pudding! Other diets can easily be catered for-all we ask for is a little advanced notice.
