Elaine and Steve welcome you to The Arthington. Ideally placed between the Central and South Pier just off the promenade so you have easy access to the trams, and all Blackpool attractions including Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the Winter Gardens. We are also ideally located for visitors to Blackpool Football Ground and flights in and out of Blackpool Airport. You can expect free TV's (no meters)in all rooms, and Draught Beer is available in our, newly refurbished (Dec 07),well stocked bar. We have SKY Sports as well as other digital chanels showing on large Plasma TVs in the Bar Lounge. We offer a friendly and informal welcome, and can help with advice on the resort and order taxis should guests need them. Extras such as towels are inclusive in our prices, we have no meter charges. Late keys are also available. We are a non smoking hotel, however we do have a seated area outside the front of the hotel where smoking is permitted.

Evening Meals are available and can be requested when placing your booking or why not choose something from our Bar Meal Menu which ranges from sandwiches to Sirloin Steak (Menu is on our website) served 6-9pm daily.

Rooms Description

All our bedrooms are fully en-suite all have under gone full or part refurbishment over last 18 months with central heating and double glazing throughout, and range from Single to Family. All our rooms fully ensuite and are equipped with radio/alarm, shaver points, tea and coffee making facilities, remote control LCD TVs with freeview, towels, and toiletries. There are no meters or hidden charges. We have a newly refurbished family room (sleeps 4)on the first floor which also includes freeview TV on a 32 inch LCD TV, and we can now also offer a luxury superking with bay window and 26 inch LCD TV with freeview. From Dec 08 we also have a new premier room with kingsize bed, new ensuite and flatscreen LCD TV with freeview.

Specialities

Why not sample one of our Fair Trade speciality coffees (Cappucino, Latte etc). All made with freshly ground coffee beans. If you have your laptop with you you can access the internet via our wirless network. Fax facilities also available.
