Three stylish, fully equipped one bedroom apartments with balconies on Deansgate in central Manchester, for short term holiday or business lets of 2 to 90 days. The apartments are located in the award-winning Deansgate Quay development, at the Castlefield end of Deansgate, adjacent to Deansgate station and G-Mex Metrolink, and only a few minutes walk from the city’s attractions, nightlife, shopping and business areas including MICC. Each apartment sleeps two people, plus an additional two adults or four children on sofabeds in the living room. Weekly servicing is included for stays of more than one week.

The apartments are furnished in a contemporary style with leather and glass furniture, with a modern fully equipped kitchen (including ceramic hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer) and a south-east facing balcony. Heating in the apartments is fully electric. The bedroom, with a double bed, beech furniture and a second television also has direct access onto the balcony. The adjacent bathroom has an over-bath shower. Open parking is available directly opposite, secure parking costs £13 per 24hrs at the nearby Great Northern NCP.

Rooms Description

For entertainment the apartments come complete with a wide LCD flatscreen television with digital TV and radio, and a DVD player. Up to six people can dine together in the apartment. Each apartment has a telephone, with most calls free-of-charge, and a high speed 8MB Broadband connection.
