Three Gates Farm is an idyllic farmhouse B&B, beautifully set within country fields, yet very close to Manchester and all local motorway networks. Guests can expect a warm welcome to our small, family-run Bed and Breakfast. The historic farmhouse is an 18th Century building full of character and refurbished to provide all modern amenities. We're perfectly located for Manchester Airport and Manchester city centre with all it's many attractions, museums and shopping. We are also conveniently placed for Rochdale and Oldham. Guests will love our countryside setting, surrounded by fields and we offer accommodation at reasonable rates, conveniently close to Manchester. We also offer special rates for longer term residents.

For the comfort of all our guests we are non-smoking throughout and sorry, we do not welcome pets. Guests have access to ample parking space at the side of the house, and we take care to cater for vegetarian or special diets. Guests also have access to our delightful walled garden at the rear of the house, perfect for relaxing moments!
