Little Stubbins is a delightful Bed & Breakfast graded 4 Star by "Visit Britain Quality in Tourism". Winner of 2 award in 2008, "Warmth of Welcome" from Wyre tourism and "Highly Commended" from Lancashire and Blackpool Tourism, both in the B&B category. Within the guesthouse, choose from three bedrooms (2 double rooms and one twin room). All rooms are beautifully appointed and furnished to a high standard, and have full en-suite facilities, with power shower. The rooms are all equiped with colour television with freeview and DVD player,towels, tea and coffee making facilities, fruit bowl, hair dryer, ironing facilities etc. Situated in idyllic rural surrounds east of the A6 in the charming village of Claughton-On-Brock. Guests have easy access to the coast around Blackpool, plus excellent walking territory close to hand. Recently renovated to a high standard, the guesthouse is surrounded by peaceful farm land, and located between the Rivers Wyre and Brock. The house was built in 1786 and provides tasteful and comfortable accommodation, which retains its character and original features. Full English breakfast is served daily, with lighter options available. Special dietary requirements are catered for and food is locally sourced from members of the "NorthWest's Fantastic Foods - Made in Lancashire" scheme. We're the perfect location for business stopovers to both Preston and Lancaster!

Walkers and cyclists are most welcome, and guests have access to a delightfully spacious lounge, with maps and guide books about the area available. The Lancashire cycle way is appox. 400 yards away and assess to the Lancaster canal is 200 yards away. Drying facilities for clothes and boots are available. Little Stubbins also run a five van Caravan Club camp site. The site is adjacent to the property but is screened from the house and set in farm land.
