All six apartments are fully equipped with the latest fire detection system for your safety. Each Apartment has numerous modern facilities and amenities, including full central heating, colour TV Freeview box, oven, hob and extractor, crockery & cutlery, iron & ironing board, and quality duvets and bed linen. All inclusive electric is provided, plus modern luxuries such as DVD player, freeview top box, en-suite shower room, microwave, kettle & toaster and full size fridge, washing machine (apartment 2 only). Welcome tea, coffee and biscuits are also provided and cots with bedding are available for a small extra charge. Wheelchair access is good for the ground floor.

From our choice of six stylish apartments, Apartment One on the Ground Floor Front is perfect for 2 guests. This apartment includes a spacious lounge with 2 seater leather settee, TV, DVD player and freeview box. A pull down spring interior double bed, built in wardrobe and central heating radiator are included. The fully fitted and equipped kitchenette has a contemporary laminated wood floor, and includes oven, hob and extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave and full size fridge. A free standing breakfast bar with 2 stools is offered, and the en-suite shower room has a ceramic tiled floor, comprising of toilet, full size basin with mirror over, fully tiled shower cubicle with safety glass door, electric shower and extractor fan and central heating radiator.

Apartment Six, The penthouse is ideal for up to a family of six or 2 couples and occupies the whole of the second floor. Spacious and modern open plan living is available in this apartment, with lounge area with two leather sofa's ans one chair, coffee table, TV, DVD player and freeview box. Open plan to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, integral fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The fitted breakfast bar has 6 modern bar stools and quality linoleum flooring. The two bedrooms include one double with a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers and one double with a child size set of bunk beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The Shower room has a ceramic tiled floor, comprising full size wash hand basin with mirror over and shaving socket, toilet, fully tiled large shower cubicle with electric shower fitted, safety glass door, extractor and heated towel rail. Full central heating is throughout.
