The fully fitted and equipped kitchenette has a contemporary laminated wood floor, and includes oven, hob and extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave and full size fridge. A free standing breakfast bar with 2 stools is offered, and the en-suite shower room has a ceramic tiled floor, comprising of toilet, full size basin with mirror over, fully tiled shower cubicle with safety glass door, electric shower and extractor fan and central heating radiator.

Apartment Six, The penthouse is ideal for up to a family of six or 2 couples and occupies the whole of the second floor. Spacious and modern open plan living is available in this apartment, with lounge area with two leather sofa's ans one chair, coffee table, TV, DVD player and freeview box. Open plan to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, integral fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The fitted breakfast bar has 6 modern bar stools and quality linoleum flooring. The two bedrooms include one double with a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers and one double with a child size set of bunk beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.
