The cottage is ideally placed above the picturesque village of Holcombe and town of Ramsbottom, with unrivalled views of Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the Derbyshire Hills yet only 10 minutes drive to the M66 motorway. A superb choice of country pubs, restaurants and specialist shops are all located nearby. Non smoking throughout, Top o'th'moor Cottage is attached to the main farmhouse, but has its own private entrance and secluded patio area with adjacent parking. The cottage benefits from a full size snooker room, with a choice of board games. Sleeping is for 2 but the lounge settees are bed settees and up to 2 extra guests can be accommodated on request. There is full central heating in all rooms, electricity along with towels, tea towels, bed linen and cleaning equipment is all included. Short breaks are available.
