A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Greenhall Riding School, set in the beautiful Forest of Bowland and surrounded by stunning countryside you won't find a more perfect location for a fantastic riding experience. Owned and run by mother and daughter team Jean and Rachael, we're experts in our field and aim to provide you with a fun filled relaxing day out in professional and safe environment. We're super confident you'll love riding our horses and are sure you'll want to return again and again.

Our friendly team of horses have been specially selected for their temperaments, we're sure you'll fall in love with them all and we'll help to select the right horse for your riding experience. Here at Greenhall, we offer both private lessons as well as group sessions in our outdoor arena, and we'll make sure we tailor your tuition to suit whatever your age and ability, giving you the opportunity to progress and develop at your own speed. If you'd prefer to be taught on your own horse, you're welcome to bring them along.

Unique Features

Aside from our riding lessons tailored to suit your ability, you can also take the opportunity to take advantage of our outstanding location, by hacking along the many tracks and fields that surround us. We're in one of the few locations where you can see the famous three peaks from one fabulous location. You can get to know all our horses, including Winston, Krispy, Oola, Chance and Addy to name just a few.

Specialities

We encourage all ages and abilities to visit Greenhall, especially children where we have farm and lead rein rides especially adapted for youngsters between the ages of four and seven. You can also spend the day with us at the riding centre, and experience what it would be like to own and take care of your very own horse. You can get involved in feeding, mucking out, tacking up, grooming, and tucking out.
