The Continental Pub & Restaurant is an ideal place to eat out, whether it's a romantic meal for two or a birthday celebration for you and all your friends: our kitchen is sure to satisfy all tastes and all appetites. We are also ideal for families and offer a children's menu of the same high standard as our adult menu. All of our meals are prepared fresh to order, and the best ingredients are sourced locally from family firms.

Our menu changes with each season, from hearty stews in the winter through to refreshing salads in the summer - we always make the most of what's being harvested and what foods are in season. Plus the specials board changes daily with short-season produce and what’s been caught that morning dictating what’s available. We pride ourselves in having the best drinks in Preston: we have up to six ever changing hand-pulled cask conditioned ales on at any one time, along with a wine list hand packed by the award winning wine merchants, d.Byrnes of Clitheroe, superb soft drinks and an exclusive Italian blend coffee. Our Continental Arts Space is an arts and events space, a 180 standing, up to 90 seated multifunctional self-contained building attached to The Continental.
