Riverside is a lovely village café situated on the High Street in Uppermill, with lovely views of the park and river opposite. The Café is a family run business offering home cooked food, freshly prepared on the premises daily using locally sourced produce where possible. The two street level rooms within the café have a slight Continental feel with a tasteful wooden floor and furniture, complete with red gingham table cloths. Everyone is welcome, especially mums with babies and children.

At the rear of the café there is a small tea garden which sits alongside the river. A quaint leafy archway leads into a well-established stone floored garden, providing our customers with the perfect place to relax on a sunny day. The garden seats around 20 people and is very popular on warm days - so make sure you arrive early! We pride ourselves on our traditional home-made style of cooking which is rarely found in modern day café's. All of our food is prepared and cooked on site with fresh, local ingredients.
