Port St Mary Tourist Information

Port St Mary has a rather interesting inner and outer harbour structure, part of the reason for it being the main sailing centre on the island. The island's Yacht Club headquarters is based here, and Chapel Bay is one of the most beautiful bays on the island.

The Living Folk Museum, Cregneash

A little further south towards the Calf of Man from Port St Mary is the Folk Museum in Cregneash which focuses on the lives of Manx Crofters in this isolated spot in the 19th century. It's a working museum, with lots of hands-on exhibits and costume decked demonstrations.

Fancy a step back in time? Witness old crofter farming practices and more. This village has links with efforts to preserve the Manx Gaelic language.
